Before you purchase, please take a moment to review the following information to ensure that you fully understand our retail and shipping policies:
PAYMENTS & TIMING OF CHARGES; RESTRICTIONS

Accepted forms of payment are major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), debit cards and electronic check.

All transactions are processed for fraud screening and pre-authorization. Credit card charges may be processed at the time of order.

All transactions are subject to the approval and acceptance of LapDogBoutique.com.

Transactions are not accepted from residents of any countries not serviced by the Boutique, or of countries that are subject to commercial
embargoes imposed by the United States government.
REFUNDS; RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

Refunds are NOT issued for any purchases, except in the case when
a specific item cannot be shipped due to unavailability or
discontinuance.

An "In-Store Credit" (it never expires) in the amount of the original purchase (less shipping charges) will be issued to you for authorized and
accepted Returns. You may apply the credit to any future purchase from LapDogBoutique.com.

Provided the merchandise you receive remains unused, you may contact us to request authorization to Return or Exchange (for same item) any item.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without our advance authorization and our issuance to you of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Used merchandise will not be authorized for return or exchange under any circumstances. All returned merchandise is inspected -- if any use is
detected, the return or exchange will be rejected and you will be liable for the full price of the merchandise.

Items authorized for return or exchange must be shipped to us within 30 calendar days after the date you received the merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned in the original product packaging, which further must be packed in a separate shipping box or container (do not merely
tape and ship the original packaging -- such deliveries will be refused). The applicable Return Merchandise Authorization Number we provide must
be written on the outside of each carton containing the returned product, or the delivery will be refused.

Exchanges will be shipped to you in accordance with our normal shipping schedule (see Shipping section below).

LapDogBoutique.com makes exceptional efforts, including the use of advanced technologies and credit card processing systems, to ensure that any information
you provide to us is secure and confidential.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address for decoding only by LapDogBoutique.com. Please note that e-mail is
not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information. We do not store credit card numbers after successful
transaction processing and verification.
To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. An unbroken key or a closed lock (varies by browser)
indicates that SSL is active.

All published shipping costs are for the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada. For shipping to other

Most orders are shipped 10 to 14 business days after the date of your order; however, the timing of shipments is subject to inventory availability and
courier practices. Allow additional shipping time during major holiday seasons. Shipping options are displayed at check-out.
In the event that any item you order is "temporarily out of stock" or no longer available, you will be
promptly notified and informed of an approximate
ship date if the item will later be available.
